"Pros: Cozy and warm" ~Primrose

"Pros: The room was spacious, super clean, warm and cosy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was also delicious. Cons: We couldn't find a reception when we arrived, nobody answered the bell and we had to call. The guy was frustrated because check in apparently ends by 7:30pm and we were the last ones to arrive although we've stated in Booking that our arrival would be between 7-8pm, arrive around 7:30pm. Nobody messaged us to say that this would not have been possible. On top of that, the same gentleman stayed in the restaurant long after we had dinner and went to bed so I don't see what difference our earlier arrival would've made. The place is nice and cozy, we just started on the wrong foot with the staff, I suppose, which ruined our otherwise pleasant experience." ~Rkgeorgieva
