"Zalety: Ogromnym atutem apartamentu sa uczynni i pomocni wlasciciele.
Wady: Niestety apartament jest dosc głosny - wynika to z tego ze jest on na parterze blisko drzwi do klatki schodowej i w apartamencie bardzo slychac trzaskanie tymi drzwiami. My mielismy pecha nocowac podczas weekendu i bylo to bardzo uciązliwe. Nie jest to niestety cos na co własciciele mają wpływ, jest to po prostu kultura (a raczej jej brak) innych mieszkanców kamienicy, niemniej jednak postanowilam o tym napisać, bo np osoby majace "lekki" sen lub dzieci mogą sie budzić w nocy.
Łózko bardzo niewygodnie, rozkladana kanapa która zapada sie w środku."

"Pros: The property is located opposite the Zawisza stadium, a few minutes away by car (or public transport) from the beautiful Myslecinek & the ZOO & with good connections by public transport to the down-town. The apartment is tiny & cosy (surprisingly spacious bathroom), equipped with everything needed and it faces the backyard (really nice & relaxing). The bed mattress was comfortable to sleep on (it was not soft). Equally, the sofa in the living room was comfortable too (not soft). We were able to find a parking space right in front of the entrance.
Cons: The bathroom could have been cleaned better, there was hair on the floor.
The wall-mounted night table in the bedroom creates an obstruction to reach the window or to get into the bed by walking around the bed (it's easy to hit one's thigh on it)."
