Cons: Floor was dirty, matted hair in shower drains, ceiling fans didn’t work or were ineffective, living spaces were not air conditioned and were unbelievably hot, kitchen was very dirty - we had to wash everything we wanted to use, no fly screens so mosquitoes were rife, upper bedroom was next to a school cafe so was really noisy from early in the morning, the property is on a busy roundabout, the alley leading to the front door (the only door) was strewn with rubbish and smelled like toilets, and the owner was rude when we complained and asked what did we expect for the price."
