"Pros: I like the fact that the room felt roomy, new and clean when we first arrived, and had a working stove and oven with a fan. The reception staff was really accommodating even though we arrived late, after the reception closed, but we could call late and let them know when we were coming, and they stayed open until we came. The hotel is theme after London and has a red double-decker outside. Whilst I couldn't have the complementary brekkie due to food allergies, but partner did and he found it really good. Cons: It could have been a bit cleaner it some places, but it was just in some corners so was not a big deal. The counter space was limited in the the kitchen that made it a bit tricky to prepare food. With that said I need to prepare more food than the average person due to food allergies." ~Ann
