"Pros: The house is beautiful and modernly decorated with great facilities in the kitchen especially which has lots of room to entertain and dine. Cons: Communication with the property - especially to get the code to gain access to the property were an issue for us. I was required to make phone calls rather than receive a secure message/email through the app. As a Brit travelling around Canada with reception issues and having to pay $1 a minute for phone calls this could have been much more straightforward. Payment was taken for the property one month in advance. We found out 24 hours before arrival that we would HAVE TO remove our own trash and take it to an on off-site recycling centre 10 miles away or be charged a hefty 'fine'. I had to drive in the wrong direction to where I was heading, had to wait until 10:00am for the refuse site to open, then was expected to pay for the privilege, as I couldn't prove I was a local resident with a permit!!!" ~Colrando
