Brand New 3-bedroom Home In A Quiet Neighborhood

"Pros: This house is beautiful, almost brand new. Fully fitted out with everything we needed for our week long stay. Very well stocked kitchen so cooking for our family was easy Perfect location for us with only short drives to all the places we wanted to go nice quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours The host was very responsive and super helpful. Cons: The only issue we had was with another guest that was apparently a “professional” working from the basement that on a number of occasions complained about my 2 young children running and making noise, as children do. This made it uncomfortable as the host kept messaging us asking us to please be quiet. Even after we had spoken to her and told she had no issue she again complained. Yes I understand children make noise and in my opinion the boys did a great job of keeping the noise down, also considering we were out of the house all day every day. I am not sure if she is a permanent resident but if you are a “professional” working from a basement I would think that you would expect to hear noises from above." ~Bradley

"Pros: Location is near to Tourist spots like going to Rockie Mountains anywhere. In our place so cozy, quite, relaxing, clean, television is big my 2 sons enjoyed watching Netflix we love it. Wifi needs fast connection but still all are good. Cons: WIFI needs faster connection." ~Maria

"Pros: The property was a new, very clean, well located (for our NW Calgary needs) property in a new subdivision. Instructions for electrical appliances and TV-stereo were excellent. The host made sure that provisions were well stocked including coffee and soft drinks, as well as soap, shampoo and paper products. The host was very responsive to our requests such as extra towels and checked on how we were doing, as well as sending very kind holiday wishes. Cons: There was nothing that we can think of that the host could improve. The location is excellent for NW Calgary but a little far from the center of the city. As a new subdivision, building is ongoing, making the surrounding roads a bit crowded but there was no building near the property, no construction noise and the private parking spot was unaffected." ~Doug
