"Pros: Nice and quiet. Xiu, the owner is very friendly and approachable. She responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. The house is walking distance to transit stops and shops. Cons: I didn't like that the housekeeper took over 3 hours to get our room ready when we had to move floors, then tried to blame it on us telling the homeowner it's because we were extremely messy guests, mind you this is the room we were transferring to and haven't used or slept in yet." ~Adeleg81
