"Pros: Location was great for work. I liked having the balcony, and the apartment had everything that was needed. No complaints there at all. It was super clean and comfortable. Cons: I thought the decor was not great. There was a request to not have any luggage on the carpet, but then we had to keep our suitcases in the kitchen and they were in the way. There wasn’t enough space at the entrance to keep our luggage. A luggage rack in the main part of the apartment would have been a good idea in this case like in many hotels. I also never like the anonymity of these stays, I feel it impersonal. I understand people not wanting to deal with “staff” but I always appreciate a more personal touch. Even a quick phone call to make sure everything is ok is all that is needed." ~Nadya
