"Pros: Was within walking distance to many sites and restaurants. On site food and drink options offered what we needed for our short stay. View out of our room onto the city skyline was beautiful at night. Spacious room with comfortable bed and seating options. Cons: Was easy to hear sounds from the hallway and neighbouring rooms - could even hear the sound of our neighbours opening and closing the drapes/blinds. Luckily, most guests on our floor were quiet, except for one returning group very early in the morning. The sliding bathroom door does not slide flush with the wall, leaving a large gap that provides very little privacy (sights and sounds). It also very easily slides out of place, and is not lockable from inside." ~Kelly

"Pros: Great central downtown location, easy walking distance to some excellent restaurants and shopping. We love the elegant ambience of the grand foyer area -- it keeps us coming back. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed on the gold floor, and enjoyed the breakfasts and evening canapés...and the amazing views of the Rocky mountains from the (gold floor) penthouse level.
