"Pros: While the decor was dated, the hotel and my room were clean. I was not sure what to expect but was quite happy. For the price, it was a great deal!
Cons: My room the first night was 28C! It was crazy. I opened the window and turned on the an to cool it down. I stayed 2 nights and it was much better on the second night."

Cons: Code to the front door wasn't sent timely but I received a response pretty quickly once I left a voicemail & messaged. Someone had kicked the bathroom door so the door was damaged. Neighbor behind is a cemetery. We didn't mind but some people might."

"Pros: The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious and very good for a family of 5, the location was fair.
Cons: The host needs to improve his response time if he wants guests in this apartment. It took several calls, messages and contact through booking.com to get him to provide check-in information on the very day of arrival. With a family of 5 and so many luggage, I urgently need clarity on what I needed to do after arrival at the airport. When he finally replied, he did not apologize for his non-responsiveness. I find this really appalling.
On the first night, there were insects under the sheets in one of the rooms, and instead of the host trying to help sort it out, he kept arguing with me on the type of insects I saw. When I told him that 'I see that there was no use contacting him', he then quickly suggested that he would send a cleaner the following day, which he did.
The back yard was unkept, with overgrown grass. The trash area was also untidy.
I also didn't like the fact that there was only one bathroom/toilet and that the laundry facility was shared with another apartment."
