"Pros: The Location Isnt bad at all. It is a minute away from the Major Highway and close to shops and Popular streets. Tv was good and swing so i could move it to watch while working. The Hvac worked very well. Water Pressure excellent.... Coffee was great Lots of parking .... Lots of camera - Hope there were working :) The staff were smiling and accommodating. Cons: Now, This does not mean I wouldn't stay here a again but Issues I noticed were 1. There should be someone checking the floors for trash pickup. I left my trash out at 6pm and It was not picked up until after 1pm the next day. That is too long. Even the manager or one of the staff should be able to walk the floors and empty the trash. 2. The doors do not close smoothly. I was given door 20* which was by the entrance, whenever anyone open the side door, it closed with a noise , whenever anyone enters their room door , It closed with noise. The company could invest in hinges that soft close and find a way of addressing the door by stairs entrance. 3. Have a toilet bowl cleaner in room . 4. I had 2 hair conditioner bottles in the shower/bath. There should be one labelled skin and other hair conditioner so I had to use the bar soap instead. 5. Breakfast - Now the meal on Friday at 7:30am was warm and ok. However, on Saturday by 7:30am It was cold. I had to microwave something that was supposed to be a warm meal. The burners were out and the lady was not aware.. 6. Get the TV working - It didnt work Friday nor Saturday. 7. I find the breakfast area very small for the number of rooms it accommodates, the area should be redesigned > 8. The microwave in my room was not clean neither was the one in the breakfast room. It should be cleaned everyday . They also have wooden spoons which when I forked the potatoes, I couldnt have more then 2 pieces .... the wooden fork and knife felt like wooden chewsticks ." ~Richard

"Pros: Comfortable beds Cons: From first contact, the host treated us like he expected trouble from us. This didn't make sense to us until we checked in and saw that this is actually student accommodation. It was very sparsely equipped - no soap or towels in main floor bathroom, no dishtowels. The towel bar and toilet roll holder had been broken off the wall and not replaced. No bedside tables in 2/3 bedrooms. It wasn't terribly clean - stovetop and microwave dirty. Dust bunnies under beds and in corners. The front of the house had weeds thigh high and garbage bags piled up out front. With a little effort, this place could be very nice but right now it's a 6/10" ~Kerry
