"Cons: The condition of the property was poor. There was no signage indicating that it was a vacation rental. After entering the front door the condition of the stairs leading to the unit on the second floor were also run down. I entered the unit and checked the windows and the door to the small balcony to see if they were secure. It was my opinion that the locks were of questionable quality and so decided to stay somewhere else." ~Carla

"Pros: Clean and perfect for what we wanted Cons: We had to get a new code for the door lock as the first one provided wasn’t working, but besides that it was perfect once we got a new code which was provided quickly" ~Daniel

"Cons: Due to adjacent street construction had to detour to arrive at property. Unfortunately, the water was shut off at the street prior to our departure and were unable to use the bathroom or shower. When I spoke to the construction workers, they indicated that written notice of water shut off had been circulated to all affected residents. We saw no such notice in the unit or on our door." ~Murray
