"Pros: Quiet. Smart TV included in unit. Location (outside of main part of town). Cons: Unit right outside kitchen staff entrance. Pots of old cooking grease sitting outside. Cigarette butts littered everywhere on the ground. People smoking cigarettes outside unit. Unit smelled old and musty, like a retirement home.
