This Duncan, BC guest accommodation is 25 minutes’ drive from Shawnigan Lake. It features spacious apartments with a fully equipped kitchen and private terrace. Rosedale Manor is less than an hours’ drive from Victoria or Nanaimo. Duncan Meadows Golf Course is 6 km away.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.
