"Pros: The property was in a decent location. Cons: Didn’t realize it was a basement suite. Could hear the people upstairs every time they would walk or run the water. During check in there was no clear instruction on what unit we were supposed to be entering. No number was given. Wifi given during check in instructions was different than the wifi provided via QR code and on a chalkboard in the suite, but none of it worked. Had to message to receive the proper wifi code. Pages and pages of rules sent upon check in which was ridiculous, and no shampoo, conditioner or even coffee were provided. Sheets and comforter were not clean and had stains and little hairs on them. I messaged the hosts about this and they never replied to me, but there were new sheets in the suite when we returned from dinner. Disappointing having to make the bed before you can even use it on vacation." ~Caitlin
