"Pros: The location is good, particularly if your goal is to be near the Hull Hospital. There are convenient public transit links up and down St-Joseph,, grocery stores and pharmacies nearby, etc. some of the rooms have cozy Jacuzzi-style bathtubs.
For the price, the rooms are surprisingly nice. The place isn't fancy -- Google Maps labels it as "unassuming" -- but it doesn't claim to be.
Cons: The breakfast was good, but it was always exactly the same, so it got rather monotonous after a few days.
The metal staircases are a bit institutional, but there's an elevator, so most people probably don't even see them."
