A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that underground parking is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Additional parking can be found in a parking lot, located within 8 metres from the property. A valid bank issued credit card is required at registration. The card must be issued to the registrant. Proper identification is required (government issued ID, valid passport).
