"Pros: We liked NOTHING, the cabin was run down and dirty, it was not a house like the advertising stated, but a dublex. When we got there,we were advised by two of the Ranger and one Firefighter NOT to stay because they are under EVACUATION advisory due to the huge fire that was ranging on. We still went ahead to the Cabin and checked it out, it was unexceptable for us to stay there. I called Vacasa and told them so, and told them at that time, that we are not staying there. Everything else I like to talk to customer service. Cons: Almost nothing" ~Irene

"Pros: Cabin was quiet and peaceful. Owner was responsive, cabin is comfortable, clean and the kitchen had what we needed. Located near the pool and laundry facilities. Cons: Vacasa is challenging to deal with. Downstairs mattress is past its prime. A screen door would significantly add to air flow and light in warm weather." ~Michele
