Located in Vancouver’s Harbour City, The Spot offers free WiFi and is within walking distance to a coin-operated launderette. This property is a 1.5 km drive from Nanaimo city centre. All rooms feature a microwave, a refrigerator, tea and coffee-making facilities. A kitchenette is also available in select rooms. The BC Ferry is a 1.5 km drive away, while the Marina is within a 5-minutes walk. The Terminal Park Shopping Plaza is also just a 5-minute walk from the property.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Spot in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of CAD 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.
