"Pros: We like that it has two bedrooms two bathrooms. Cons: The cleaning was done in a rush because when I arrived at check in time, cleaner was still cleaning and later left towels and pillow case still in dryer. We folded them. I also didn’t like they charge a security deposit but townhome has original damage that wasn’t fixed. When I emailed the management team, there was no reply. So we are afraid being charged although we didn’t damage anything. There’s a handle of closet that was already damaged. That gave us unnecessary stress during our stay." ~Chinhong
