"Cons: The hotel itself was beautiful, with amazing amenities, and my overall experience was positive. However, I was disappointed when I requested extra towels for my room with a jacuzzi and was denied, being told there was a strict "two towels per room" policy. For a hotel at this price point, I would expect more flexibility, especially considering the extra amenities in the room. Additionally, while the staff were professional, there’s room for improvement in customer service. Resolving small but important guest needs like this would go a long way in elevating the experience.
