"Pros: The Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Cons: I requested a King Size Bed (which the room had) but it was not very comfortable. I was unable to get the room temperature to a comfortable level (cold at night). The Toiletries in the bathroom were empty when we were taking showers the next morning. I'm a Hilton Rewards Member and I was told that I might not get credit for this stay since I did not book directly with Hilton (something about a 3rd party - I didn't understand)." ~Eric
