"Pros: The building and location are exceptional and lovely! Very impressed by the friendly service I received. The waitress went out of her way to be helpful and even brought me a small side salad I requested, that had not been offered on the menu! The room was spotlessly clean with a delightful selection of antique furniture giving it a unique ambiance. Cons: This is not really a criticism. The Baldachin Inn is a heritage property, which they make very clear in their description of the property when advertising. You will need to be able to climb a few stairs to get to your accommodation. There is no reason why you cannot take your time in doing so but you must be physically able to do it. I hope that a way may be found to make the lovely rooms more accessible to all at some point in the future." ~Lesley
