"Pros: The check-in process was quite easy. We arrived after the checkin time and the staff made it easy to retrieve the key after hours. Cons: The checkin/checkout information indicated that there would be air conditioning since it requried that we set the A/C to certain temperature when leaving, however, there was no aircon.
