"Pros: The location was good and this is an apartment in the hotel, the apartment felt like a room as it was not big. Coming from Australia, I am unsure if this is the size of apts in VC. The host is responsive and answered all the questions. Cons: It wasn't specified that this is a separate apartment in the hotel and hotel has nothing to do with this apart from handing over elevator keys. They didn't help anything else especially luggage as we are travellers, had to pay extra. Had we known this is an Airbnb kind of setup, we wouldn't have booked this. This is also a non cancellation once booked so there was no way to change anything." ~Raghavendra
