"Pros: This hotel is so well maintained that feels quite new. Everything works to perfections and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Location in just perfect, just a few steps from the Creekside gondola. A nice feature is that it has ski lockers that are conveniently located. The pool area is clean and very nice. Ours was a single bedroom unit top floor, very spacious. Cons: The sofabed mattress is in very bad condition, it turned into a hamock." ~Eduardo
