"Pros: We stayed at Hotel Ultimo Paraiso on our drive north from Villa O’Higgins. Our charming room was very clean and well equipped. The shower was strong with uninterrupted hot water. The breakfast was by far the best we had anywhere during our 34-day road trip in Chile. Our host Carlos & Nela were incredibly friendly and nice. We had a flat tire the day we arrived and needed to have it repaired. Carlos was so helpful. The next morning, he drove us to the tire repair shop in town and negotiated with the owner a very reasonable price. If you are staying in Cochrane, I give the Hotel Ultimo Paraiso my highest recommendation." ~John
