"Pros: The owners care about their guests in a very personal way and made us feel at home. They helped us with excellent restaurant recommendations. Heliodoro organized a private tour to Torres del Paine with a great driver/guide. The room and the whole house are spotlessly clean and the hotel is furnished in a very charming way. A very rich breakfast was prepared for us every morning. Cons: Be aware that you cannot walk anywhere from the hotel. Taxis are available and not expensive, but in hindsight we would probably have preferred to rent a car" ~Guido
