"Pros: Nice room and common area with indoor living room and outdoor balcony as well as a place to sit down and eat and store stuff in a fridge. The people who are running this place are nice and helpful. There is enough space outside to park your car and the area felt safe and quiet. Cons: The way the common area is built upstairs is right next to the rooms, and since the rooms are not soundproof, if people decide to talk loudly until late at night (such as in my case when I stayed there), then you might not be able to sleep until they stop. But when I alerted the owner the next morning they were very keen to change that and make sure it will not happen the next night." ~Adi
