Active or laid-back vacation, it’s up to you to decide. Cottage «Casona Lo Aguirre» is located in Isla de Maipo. This cottage is located in 10 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the cottage — Fantasilandia, National Museum of Natural History and Parque Quinta Normal.

At the cottage
You can stop by the restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available on the territory. Ask for more information when checking in. Specially for tourists who travel by car, there’s a parking zone. Sports fans are going to love a fitness center.
You won’t be bored as at the cottage you will find a picnic area and a barbeque area. Tourists who can’t live without swimming will appreciate a pool and an outdoor pool. For participants of business meetings, there is a business center. Children will be happy, there is a playroom for them.
Pets are welcome here. They are allowed for free. If you want to make your journey even more comfortable, you can order a transfer. There are other services available for the guests of the cottage. For example, a laundry, a safe-deposit box and a concierge.

Special living conditions
Early check-in and/or late check-out is available for an additional fee. Cost: 50,000.00 CLP.
A deposit of 20,000.00 CLP per stay will be required at check-in to cover any potential damages.

All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To obtain a tax exemption, foreign citizens must, upon entry, pay for their stay in foreign currency (not in Chilean pesos) and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entering the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.
