"Pros: Positives and there are so many - My room was so beautiful, spotlessly clean and spacious. The amenities are luxurious - shampoo, conditioner and body lotion smells divine. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, I could’ve happily slept and lazed around all day. Absolutely nothing to fault with my room. I felt rested and pampered. The hotel is directly connected to outlet shopping. Tip - I had the best dumplings in the restaurant on your left as you exit the hallway from the hotel lift. Cons: Negatives - The check in and check out is a bit slow with only 2 people at the desk both times. I checked in about 6pm. The other negative is the breakfast experience. It is chaotic and noisy with staff clearing plates like it’s a competition who can be the loudest. The staff seemed better suited to work at a fast food restaurant than a luxurious hotel. They are abrupt bordering on rude. I felt like I was intruding just by asking how/where I can order a coffee. I got my coffee and juice then left my table to get food only to return 2 minutes later to find it had been cleared. The staff brought another one but by then I just wanted to eat and leave. The dining area - the Enclave - like the rest of the hotel is beautiful, looking out of big windows to lovely greenery and trees but inside is not relaxing or enjoyable by any means. I would stay again because of the beautiful rooms and its location to the outlets and airport but I would probably skip paying for breakfast next time." ~Bianca
