"Pros: Very spacious penthouse. Affordable for location but did not like the extra cleaning fee. Renter had instructions on back of bedroom door with WiFI info. Cons: Old building and decor, circa 1980’s. Three rooms writhing are rented out so forced to share common area. Owner should state that but rooms have a small bathroom so can maintain privacy." ~Claudia
