"Pros: We ate breakfast at a little shop within the building. The attendant was marvelous and the food was delicious!! The view of “El Laguito” from that terrace was beautiful. Some of the views from the apartment were nice. The apartment had a refrigerator and microwave, which was nice. Cons: The check-in and key pickup were in a different building than the apartment. It was a bit frustrating looking for the right place and walking back and forth. I was given a number to call/text, but it seemed that was not the same people as when I checked in. The number of beds in the apartment were not sufficient for the number in our reservation, but they made it right by bringing extra mattresses. When we were low on toilet paper, their response was “we gave you a roll of toilet paper as a courtesy, but it’s not included.” Or something like that. Overall, the 7 of us made the best of it, but our experience could have been better." ~Vivian
