"Pros: The staff was excellent! Breakfast was very good and the food was also good for lunch/dinner. Free Netflix and has other streaming apps. Has a nice jacuzzi that you can order for an extra pay. There is a picturesque river right next to the hotel. Cons: No hot water in the shower which is common in rural areas of Colombia. extra 5% for paying with a credit card (also common in small hotels). I would suggest the following upgrades that shouldn't be too expensive: - mosquito net on the windows so you can open the window at night to cool down the room and get fresh air. - some kind of hanger for clothes if not an actual wardrobe (there was a space for that in my room)." ~Alex
