"Pros: Perfect location, at the start of the main tourist area (and yet far enough to be quiet). Very modern, luxury and high-end hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive in providing guidance to visit Medellin, as well as arranging any trips that we wanted to do. The rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable and luxurious. And the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is served in a very nice and open area, and the quality of the food is very good. Cons: Take into account that breakfast will take quite a while to be served (approx. 45 mins), which happened every of the 5 mornings we had breakfast. When you have activities planned for the early mornings this can be an issue, and despite asking if breakfast could be served early (and ordering the day before) this went wrong 2 times... Also, the food and services arranged by the hotel are ridiculously expensive. For example laundry, where they charge 5 USD per underwear and 10 USD per shirt. It's almost cheaper to buy new clothes. Also, lunch and drinks (on the rooftop bar) are extremely (unreasonably) expensive." ~Williamramirez
