"Pros: My stay was truly memorable! The food, thanks to Gina, was amazing – a culinary delight. Interacting with the local people provided a unique experience. Although the hotel isn’t finished, the potential is evident; it’ll be amazing once completed. The owners were incredibly helpful, answering my countless questions even in stressful moments. They went the extra mile, picking us up and organizing a fantastic Tatacoa desert excursion with Jairo. His local restaurant recommendation away from tourists was a highlight. Can’t wait to return! "Pros: This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are extremely helpful, always willing to offer advice and tips. They arranged our transport from Neiva bus station. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the closest observatory, 20 minute walk to the start of the red desert walking trail, and 30 minute cycle to the grey desert trail and swimming pool. They have bikes in good condition at the hotel so it was great to hire them and go for a cycle! The food here is also great, with good vegetarian options. I thoroughly recommend! The only thing to note is there is no wifi in the rooms or communal area. Also note the rooms are basic but this is normal for this area of the desert." ~Solveiga

"Pros: Very nice accommodation in the middle of the desert (right next to the grey desert). We really enjoyed the spot, especially the silence. Everything was perfect, clean and the food (we even got vegan options) was really tasty and had a fair price. The owners were super nice and also had transportation service.
