"Pros: Location was great, near the hot springs and not too far from the town center. It is located on the ground floor. Cons: We had to wait for over 20 minutes for somebody to come a pick up the keys on our checkout. It would be good to have a safe location so you can just drop the keys and leave. There were no extra trash bags in the kitchen and the way to separate recyclables from non-recyclables was explained when we already had a bag full of trash. Kitchen was nice but it lacked some tools like a glove to handle hot pots. Be aware that one of the beds is a bit smaller than a standard double." ~Jose
