"Pros: I had to travel earlier than the breakfast service was available. However, the staff was very kind and went out of their way to find a solution for us, providing an alternative that met our needs. The room was pretty nice and we enjoyed our instance there. The room was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay Cons: The only thing I could criticize about the facilities is that some areas do not have air conditioning. With the high temperatures in the city, you feel the heat when you step out of your room, and it is particularly noticeable in the elevator, especially if you take it with several people.
