"Pros: Staff is friendly, awesome location, next to Ortiz Park which is central with good restaurants around. Room is comfy and bed is nice aswell. They have AC which is a must in this hot tropical town. Cons: Access to the building is messy, It's always locked, you need to ring a bell if you are outside, if you are inside, to exit the hotel, you need to scream, or call to the hotel phone since no one was at reception even during the day (few times was lucky to find them there) so they can open the door for you. The room in pictures included a fridge, mine didn't have it. Another thing I didn't like was that they entered the room during my absence to clean it, even when I placed the "Do not clean this room" thingy in the door. I had to tell them explicitly to not to clean it the next day." ~Duverj
