"Pros: This property has several positives! The location, view, and host were all excellent! You are right in the beach and on the main esplanade with all the shopping and eating. You have a breakfast spot, some great restaurants, and the jeep rentals literally right outside your front door. (Highly recommend doing the jeep rental and driving around the island all day - it’s so fun!) The Wi-Fi in the apartment worked well the entire time, and Juan was super attentive, helpful, and friendly. The bedrooms have AC and in the living room you can open up the windows to let all the ocean breeze in. Sunrises from the living room windows are beautiful!! Cons: The apartment is very rustic. There is no hot water and the beds just have a mattress protector and sheets which all come undone while you sleep so you wake up on a bare mattress lol. The bedding didn’t look like the photos. At first, I would’ve said it’s too high priced (we paid $175/night taxes and fees included), but Juan kindly allowed us to extend our checkout by several hours and he also stored our luggage after that. Plus the location is so fantastic. So, all in all, I think it was a good value. We’re easy going people, so we were perfectly happy here. Thank you, Juan!" ~Laura
