"Pros: Villa was perfect, great parking, great rooms and facilities. Right by Muri night markets and other eateries - but far enough inland to get some privacy. One of the lights in a room went out, called the 24hr service number and someone was sent out and issue was fixed all within the hour. Also, they do have room service available which we were really grateful for as we were busy everyday with a family event. Grateful to Liana for helping us out during our stay.
