"Pros: Very safe, the Pool area is very nice, Condo is just a short walk to the beach, Brewery, and to a little store. Loved the electronic combination keylock - no keys to lose! Keith was very responsive and got us some more water even. There were plenty of features in the Condo we did not use but they were all there! Super CLEAN, brand new looking building and Condo - nice furniture and appointed kitchen. Keith, thank you so much for making our first stay in Costa Rica - Jaco - super nice! Cons: About the only thing - and this is very, very minor - is that we could have used someplace to hang our clothes. All of the drawers/closets in the Master were locked I am assuming the owners stuff in there - which is entirely cool. There was little light duty thing, but we were there for a wedding and had a fair amount of hanging clothes. If there was a sturdier chiffarobe or similar that would solve the issue we had." ~Jack

"Pros: The location was great. Short walk to the beach. Several restaurants and convenience stores were within walking distance. Larger shopping areas were a short Uber ride away (5-10 min). Very quiet. I hardly saw any people in the hallways or outside. There was no one at the pool when I went several times, which was very nice. The room was nice,, spacious and clean. The sea and mountain views were beautiful and so peaceful. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again. Cons: My flight arrived at 9:00 am, but check in was not until 4:00 pm. I called and asked if there was a sitting area where I could wait because I had luggage. I was told there was no sitting area. However, there was a large sitting area by the pool where I never saw anyone sitting throughout my whole stay. It would've been nice if that space would've been offered, but instead I was allowed to sit for hours at the restaurant across the street. Thankfully those people were nice enough to let me sit there. So, if you have an early flight, be prepared to sit for hours or plan to leave your luggage somewhere so that you can explore without it." ~Adrienne
