"Pros: The perfect birthday getaway. I was looking for a special accommodation for my birth on our trip through Costa Rica. When I found the Vayu Retreat Villas online, I was stunned by the pictures of the retreat. Usually pictures of hotels do not show the reality, just the best spots. But here it’s different. When we arrived we were flashed by this amazing place. Even if the entrance area is not quite finished yet, it does not interfere with your stay in any way. The amazing pool area, the beautiful restaurant (with delicious food) and the overwhelming rooms are perfect. Everything is matching the style of the hotel. From the first minute the owners of the hotel gave us a very friendly welcome and took care of our well-being at all times. As the hotel has not many rooms you can really enjoy the peace and privacy. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend the hotel for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy the Pura Vida." ~Laura
