"Pros: The family is so kind and welcoming. The lodging is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The fresh homemade breakfast is delicious with fresh juices from local fruits. Gabriela is very happy to help with all your questions and needs. Being an animal lover, our family enjoyed the animals on the property. The hosts are extremely accommodating and attentive. The lodge was constructed by the property owner himself and had all the amenities necessary (air conditioning, hot water, filtered water safe to drink) to have a pleasant stay. The family showed us how to press sugar cane into juice. The surrounding property is also well maintained. There is a fresh spring pool to cool down, drink your morning coffee while enjoying the sounds of the birds. If you want to escape the city life this is the perfect stay.
