"Pros: Armando and Angela were amazing hosts. Armando took us around the hotel gardens on our first night to show us poisonous frogs, iguanas, lizards, and a humming bird on its nest. We also went on his sloth tours, which we would totally recommend. We saw 16 sloths in 2 hours, including a sloth rescuing her lost baby .Armando was really enthusiastic and knowledgeable and took videos for us through the lens of his scope. Armando and Angela couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. There was a large balcony with a kitchenette, sofa ,table, and board games. The bed was large and comfortable. The hotel was ideally situated, only a short 5 min walk into the town with lots of restaurants. We were able to purchase breakfast for around 6 dollars at Angela's fathers hotel next door. The breakfast was good value, and the restaurant had exceptional viewing opportunities of the local birds feeding a few meters away from where we ate. Including woodpeckers and tucans. We would highly recommend staying here." ~Sally
