"Pros: Facilities was very nice. Having a wide variety of pools available was exceptional Cons: Within the documents of rules and procedures, it was difficult to see the true customer service aspect. It was overwhelming with rules where extra costs would be added. It was like the intent was to shake down all customers down for more money whenever possible. The coffee shop does not open until 0800. For early risers, this does not work well. There is nothing outside the facilities within walking distance. We did not enjoy the Buffett for the cost. The items offered, are the cheapest options for a Buffett for the cost. It is evident the owners are only interested in making money vs having a good customer experience." ~Fulton
