"Pros: Comfy room, no air-con but the fan worked well. Nice to have the kitchen as an option to cook if you wanted to or just make a cup of tea. Enjoyed the trail at the back of the property following the yellow arrows for a walk into the town which was more scenic than going up the main road although the main road does have a good pavement. Hotel staff were helpful in organising excursions and transfers - we did a day at El Tigre waterfalls and also the night walk and really enjoyed it. Cons: Quite a lot of traffic noise and also the wind when we were staying here so a bit of a disturbed sleep. We were disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open for lunch or dinner which seemed to be advertised on the pictures when booking. The staff at breakfast were friendly and it was pretty good however a bit odd that one day we turned up and it wasn’t open until after 9am when the guests who had breakfast included said they would be going, so would make sure to let the reception know when you want breakfast." ~Alice
