"Pros: Very comfortable bed and things look new. Smart TV, very quiet AC and good location. Very practical number lock.
Cons: Requested total payment by transfer or they would add a credit card fee, something not stated in the reservation. Toilet was dirty (stained or soiled) and had to ask twice for them to send someone to clean. There was no water one morning. Host was very passive, we never even saw her, just text. (in guiones people are usually warmer). ZERO added value (no coffee, water, napkins, Kleenex, body cream or conditioner). When requested they just say. “Yep, we don’t provide that”"
