The villa is in a private beachfront property with private beach access. Built in an open concept, in the same space is the bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with the toilet, the shower is on the outside of the house. The house is surrounded by a garden of 2000 m2. Situated in Puerto Viejo in the Limon region, Villa Mar features a garden. The accommodation is 17 km from Cahuita. Cocles is 1.6 km from the chalet.

Please inform Villa Mar in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $35 USD per pet, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pet(s) is allowed.
