"Pros: The place is great value for money. The villa is very big, and comfortable - especially for our 4 persons family. There are three bedrooms, each with own dedicated bathroom which was great option in the morning. Each room has it's own air conditioning device which was great as well. All equpment was new and working perfectly. During our stay the host even delivered a brand new microwave oven - I suppose after reading complaints from other guests. It shows the host dedication to make guests stay comfortable. For us microwave was totally useless. Who would like to use it when you have superb gas grill in the patio, right? Pool is of course private - for your exclusive use and it was very clean and nice. There is also plenty of place around pool area with, as far as I remember, around 8 sundbeds. Villa is located in very quiet village area, so if you value relaxing and chilling then it's a great place for you. If you want to throw a parties all the time or have quick access to restaurants or pubs, then find other property. One hint for future guests: I have read on other reviews that sometimes there is a odor from sewerage system. It's normal situation in every home. In general, the odor occurs when the water evaporates from the water drain's siphon when it's unused for longer time. It could be sink, it could be shower, or any unused water drain in the house. In the property there is one such place - the water drain in the floor inside the laundry room. In ordert to fix it, just pour around a liter of water into the water drain in the floor and odor will magically dissapear. So instead of complaining, just fix it yourself :) Cons: I have really nothing to complain. The only minor issues was not-so-good WiFi quality due to the fact that house is big, but there is only one WiFi router. For such big house it would be nice to have proper access point installation (at least two). Nevertheless the Internet comes via WiFi router from LTE anyway, so quality and speed is limited by nature. Krk island is a rather remote place so do not expect blazing fast Internet anyway. Neither from the property's WiFi nor from direct LTE connection. But anyway... If you want to spend your vacation constantly browsing the Internet, then maybe stay at home and save some money. :)" ~Adam
